Rueda 2025

This is the 5th edition of our flagship, largest beach volleyball camp in Poland! Just like in previous years, this camp will be an opportunity for you to train, play, gain beach volleyball knowledge, meet new people, and spend time with others who share your passion! Our experienced coaching staff will ensure that you leave the camp with a sense of accomplishment and a smile on your face! Two training sessions/games per day, with exercises tailored to the skill level of each group.
In addition to training, you will also have the chance to participate in workshops covering theoretical, mental, and physical preparation topics. Detailed workshop topics will be published soon.
Beyond the sports aspect, the camp also offers great moments with friendly and interesting people, plenty of off-court entertainment, and access to numerous additional activities. Both participants and accompanying persons will have access to many attractions at no extra cost, including recovery facilities (pool and sauna), kayaks, pedal boats, rowboats, a gym, beach volleyball courts, and evening activities like bonfires and BBQs.
Who is the camp for?
Our camps welcome individuals, pairs (both beach volleyball and life partners), and full or partial training groups. If you’re coming alone and unsure whether to join, don’t worry – we will match you with a suitable roommate and training group based on the level you provide when signing up. You can also choose a single-room accommodation option. The beach volleyball community is full of friendly and welcoming people, so even if you arrive alone, you’ll leave with many new friends and a crew for future camps!
Are you a complete beginner worried about lagging behind? We train players of all skill levels. Many who attended their first camp without any experience are now playing in intermediate and advanced groups. Everyone has to start somewhere!
Our camps are open to adults and minors who train under adult supervision. So far, we have trained participants aged 13 to 64 – and we’d love to extend this range! So if you’re worried about fitting in age-wise… don’t be! ?

The place

As every year, we head south in search of warmth and sunshine! This time, we’re heading to sunny Opole Province, where we will stay at the beautifully located Rueda Januszkowice resort, right by the lake. The facility features excellent sports and recreational infrastructure, including four illuminated beach volleyball courts, a motor preparation hall, a sauna, and a pool. Be sure to check out the photos!
Rueda is also a hotspot for wakeboarding enthusiasts, boasting three cable lifts and frequently hosting wakeboarding competitions.
The place has a true surfer vibe, a relaxed atmosphere, beach bars, and stunning sunsets – the perfect vacation setting!
Training Format
Our camps prioritize training quality. Sessions will take place in groups of 8 players, with each session lasting 2 hours. We know that training with players of similar skill levels is crucial, so we assign groups before the camp and adjust them on-site if necessary. Each group has one coach and one dedicated court.
Training is in English.
Check out the amazing coaching staff we have prepared for you!
One evening, we will also host a night tournament under artificial lights.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to book individual or pair training sessions for an extra fee.

Accommodation & Meals

We will stay in “Konwaliowe” and “Rico” cottages, the highest-standard cottages at Rueda, located by the lake. Konwaliowe cottages are in a secluded area, 700m from the restaurant and 500m from the courts. Rico cottages are right next to the restaurant and also 500m from the courts. Due to their proximity to the restaurant, families with children will be assigned to Rico cottages first.
Dogs are welcome – free of charge.
Each cottage includes a bedroom, kitchenette, living room, and terrace with tables and chairs. The bedroom has two single beds (which can be joined), and the living room has two fold-out armchairs that convert into beds. In 3- or 4-person accommodations, some will sleep in the passage room. All cottages have TV, Wi-Fi, and nearby parking.
The package includes full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), served buffet-style with vegetarian and vegan options available.
Courts, Gym & Recovery Facilities
We will have access to five courts! Four courts are next to the motor preparation hall, while the fifth is located near the restaurant.
If you want to do extra weightlifting after training, you’ll have unlimited access to the gym (included in the price). The gym features free weights, treadmills, exercise machines, and open space for functional training.
After training, relax in the sauna and pool – also included in the camp price! The pool is partially covered.
We will also have an on-site physiotherapist/massage therapist who can help with muscle soreness or injuries (hopefully not needed!). Services are available for an additional fee.

Additional Activities

For those still full of energy – or for accompanying persons – there will be plenty of extra activities!
The lake features three professional wakeboarding cable lifts and obstacles for advanced tricks. Instructors will be available, and you can rent equipment on-site.
You can also explore the lake using pedal boats, kayaks, and rowboats – all included in the camp price.
And in the evenings, we invite everyone to social gatherings, parties, and BBQs by the bonfire!
Training & Activities for Kids

Bringing your kids? Sign them up for beach volleyball training!
This offer is for children aged 4-12, with two daily 1.5-hour sessions. Activities will include beach volleyball training with a coach, along with other fun physical activities. Kids will be grouped by age.
The kids’ training option is available for an additional fee.
These are our coaches for the camp. We will keep presenting the next ones gradually. But you can be sure we work only with experienced and good coaches
