The camp and training
The camp is suitable for players of all levels. Total beginners, intermediate as well as those preparing for some tournaments. We are experienced at coaching both beginners and players competing on international level. A standard training group is made of 6 players. In some cases, for a single practice there might be 7-8 people group. A regular day is made up of 2 training sessions lasting about 1 hour 30 min. One of the days will be a day off – to rest, relax and explore the area – see the plan below.
The quality of the training is a clear priority for us. That’s why we arrange the groups before the camp and make minor adjustments after the first sessions. You can enroll as a team, solo traveler or within a group. During the training you will be getting many many tips and a lot of feedback from our coaches. Our coaches are there for you. Feel free to ask questions, ask for drill ideas, ask for help in correcting your weak points etc.
For 15 and 16 Sept we plan a tournament for all camp participants and not only . The tournament will be organized by Plaza Open – who runs great tournaments and other sport events in Poland. You have free access to courts Out of the training hours.
Lido di Jesolo
One of the top touristic destination for Italians. Located by the Adriatic sea. Offering 80.000 beds and being visited by 80 million tourists a year. It has a 15 km long, wide and clean sandy beach, many restaurants, cafes, clubs, amusement parks and other attractions – also for kids. Lido di Jesolo is located very close to Venice which can be reached to usual, inland way or by ferry from the side of the Adriatic sea. In addition to beautiful beaches, nature lovers will enjoy pine forests and numerous natural canals.

Check-in – you can enter the Marzotto Village from 8:30 a.m. but you can get your room from 5:00 p.m.
Check-out – you need to leave your room by 10:00 a.m. and stay in the Marzotto Village till 6 p.m. (luggage storage, shower)
Upon availability Marzotto Village will try to offer earlier check-in and later check-out.

Accomodation and board
You can choose the hotel with a full board that is included in our offer or organize it by yourself. We offer you a stay in Villaggio Marzotto.
Marzotto is situated right by the beach and the courts where you will train. The Villagio is located in a beautiful pine forest. It covers 120.000 m2, consists of 7 bigger buildings, holiday houses, a private beach, 3 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, a cinema, bike rental, and even a small church! Marzotto has a lot of experience in hosting sports groups. You can find there many sports facilities like a football pitch, basket court, paddle court, gym, mini golf, and many others. Make sure to check their website.
Our offer includes accommodation in one of the 7 bigger buildings in Marzotto, in single, double, triple or 4-people apartments. All the apartments consist of a bedroom and private bathroom and have air conditioning. The beds in 4-people apartments are 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds. All other apartments have only single beds. The towels are not included – you can rent a set of towels at Marzotto.
We offer a full board at the Marzotto restaurants. All meals are buffet-style. The breakfasts in Marzotto are typical Italian – you will not enjoy warm dishes and many vegetables, but rather sweet dishes and coffee. If you need more for breakfast you can get something more (like a sandwich) in a bar. We can’t modify the board option (to HB or accommodation only).
Marzotto is a rather budget accommodation option but with a great choice of services. However, if you need a higher standard of accommodation you might check other options in the area.
Tournament
For the days of 15-16 September, there will be a tournament with prizes for camp participants and not only. The event will be organized by Plaza Open – an sports events company that has run many high-level tournaments before. There will be both men and woman category. The tournament format will allow all teams to play for both days no matter what results they had on the 1st day. If needed we might also introduce levels categories so all level players enjoy the competition. The final format will be prepared based on the number of participants and announced later.
We highly encourage all camp participants to participate in the tournament as well. However, if you don’t you will continue with the camp training also for the tournament days.
For family, travel companions and kids
In Jesolo area, there is definitely what to do and what to discover! It’s a great place to bring your family, friends, and kids. In Jesolo and close by you will find:
- 15 km long, wide, sandy beach. When staying in Marzotto you get free use of an umbrella and sunbed
- the longest in Italy pedestrian promenade, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops
- aquapark Caribe Bay – the best one in Italy; 80.000 m2, highest slide in Europe and highest bungee jumping platform; Caribe Bay is open till Sept 10th
- wildlife park Tropicarium – among others, you can see admire penguins, crocodiles, sharks, and piranhas.
- Venice – you can get there by the usual land way or cycle to Punta Sabbioni and then take a ferry to Venice!
- Golf course, history museum, science center for kids, and many others
In the Villaggio Marzotto children can enjoy:
- Organized entertainment for children
- Swimming pools and a slide
- Playroom
- Outside playground
- Many sports attractions: minigolf, basketball, football, etc.
Getting there
Please remember that the flight is not included in the camp price.
2 major airports operate close to Lido Jesolo. It’s Venice’s Marco Polo and the Treviso airport. The traveling distance to Lido di Jesolo is 30min and 40min respectively. We offer transportation service from those airports. Booking out transport you might have to wait up to 1 hour at the airport as we try to gather more people.
If you decide to drive by car to Lido di Jesolo, there will be free car parking for you.
We care a lot about the coaching level. These are the coaches for the camp!
Head coach of Kontra Beach Volley. Maciek is an active player, competing both in top Polish tournaments and on the international level. He has won many medals in Polish Championship tournaments, as well as silver and bronze medals in the Polish Cup Finals. He plays for Poland in World Tour and Beach Pro Tour. As a coach he runs training sessions in Warsaw for players of all levels – from beginners to high-level athletes. As a coach he cares a lot about precision, accuracy, effectiveness, tactic and being smart on the court.
A player who manages to play both indoor volleyball and beach volleyball on a high level. In beach volleyball she has won many Polish Pro Tour tournamets, and in 2021 she won the silver medal in Poland Championship Finals. As an indoor player she is the 2012 Champion of Poland and 2021 silver medalist. As a coach she is very demanding and her training is defintely an intense one.

All enrollments should be done through the entry form. If you have any questions you can contact us by email, FB, or IG. All contact details you will find in the Contact tab.
Upon completion of the entry form, you will be asked to pay a deposit or total amount. Entries will not be processed unless both the entry form and the banking transfer have been received.
If you have some friends you usually play with, we recommend enrolling in the camp as a group/team as this will ensure a fairly equal level in the training group. However, if you are a solo traveler, we will put you in an adequate group.

Payment:
The payment for the camp is done by banking transfer. All the details needed you will get after completing the subscription form. You can pay the total amount upfront or choose 2 installments.
