Benidorm
Benidorm is a Spanish city on the Costa Blanca coast, known for its impressive skyscrapers that have earned it the nickname “the Spanish Manhattan.” It attracts visitors not only with its wide, well-maintained sandy beaches – Levante and Poniente – but also with its vibrant restaurant and bar scene and extensive tourist facilities. Benidorm is a perfect destination for relaxation, offering a variety of attractions such as theme parks, zoos, and water parks. The surrounding mountains protect the city from the wind, creating a warm microclimate ideal for visits year-round. The historic part of the city, reminiscent of traditional Spanish fishing villages, is especially charming. With its blend of modern amenities and traditional charm, Benidorm is one of the most popular resorts on the Spanish coast.
March and April in Benidorm bring warm but not yet hot weather.
Accommodation and meals
We’ll be staying and dining at the highly-rated 3-star Poseidon Playa Hotel. Located right on the beach, all rooms for our camp participants will have sea views! The hotel offers a standard pool, a children’s pool, restaurants, a bar, sun loungers with umbrellas, and a playroom where children can enjoy activities if you sign up for our Kids Club option.
The hotel offers different types of rooms: double rooms, double rooms with an extra bed, and superior 4-person rooms with two large beds (ideal for families). If you prefer a private room, you can book a double for single occupancy. Check our price list to see all the accommodation options available.
Your stay includes full board with three buffet meals daily, featuring a wide selection, including options for those with dietary restrictions. Half board is not available.
Note: Construction work is being done on the land-facing side of the hotel. All guest rooms have balconies on the opposite side, so the construction won’t interfere with hotel services, though some noise and dust may be present at certain times near the hotel.
If you prefer to arrange your own accommodations and meals, you can still participate in the camp by purchasing a Sports Package.
Training
Those who have attended our camps know that we prioritize high-quality training. Our camp is open to participants of all skill levels, with training groups of six people (up to eight for beginner groups), each with a dedicated court and coach. Training sessions are 1.5 hours on average, held on courts surrounded by nets.
We’re planning nine training sessions, including one supervised practice match, plus a main tournament and a social tournament. You’ll also have access to the courts outside training hours. If you already have a training partner or group, sign up together; if not, we’ll match you with others at a similar level.
Training will be conducted in English, and you’ll get to know our coaches gradually.

This is the preliminary camp plan, and adjustments may be made based on participant numbers and weather.

We’ll match you with a roommate and a training group based on your skill level (you’ll provide this info during registration). Or, you can opt for a single room. The beach volleyball community is friendly, and by the end of the camp, you’ll have plenty of new friends for future camps!
Are you a beginner worried about keeping up? We train participants at all levels. Many who started with us as complete beginners now train in intermediate and advanced groups. Everyone starts somewhere!
Our camps are for adults and minors (with parental supervision). Past participants have ranged in age from 13 to 67, so don’t worry about fitting in – we’d love to have you!

Getting there
The easiest way to get to Benidorm is by flying into Alicante, which has many flight options. From the airport, take the ALSA bus #520 to the Benidorm stop. The ticket costs around €8, and the ride takes about 45 minutes.
From the Benidorm bus station, a taxi will get you to the hotel in about 10 minutes.
Remember, you can add extra nights through us—check our pricing for details.
For travel companions
Many of our participants bring non-training companions like partners, friends, or family. If your non-volleyball-playing partner is interested, we also offer camps for beach tennis and fitness alongside this volleyball camp.
Benidorm is full of attractions, from its beautiful beaches to various restaurants, the old town, a water park, and an amusement park. There’s plenty to keep both you and your companions entertained. You can book a spot for a companion through the camp registration form, or if they’d like to join a beach tennis or fitness camp, register them through the relevant program.
For your kids - Kids Club
We’ll look after children aged 3-8 during your training sessions and beyond, providing up to 8 hours of care daily. Care times will align with training sessions. An experienced child caregiver will lead fun activities, movement games, and more, so your kids will be entertained while you train and relax. Childcare is an additional service—check our pricing for details.
